Why this stream exists
Property is one of the few things almost everyone deals with, and one of the few where the person with the least information usually carries the most risk. Renting in particular runs on assumptions, paperwork, and trust that is difficult to verify.
This stream exists to remove that asymmetry. We start from the questions people actually ask before they sign something, and we build tools that answer them plainly.
