Why this stream exists
Labs is the part of Autonova Hub that is allowed to be wrong. It is where a need gets examined, prototyped, and put in front of real people early enough that stopping is still cheap.
Work leaves Labs in one of two directions: it becomes a venture with people committed to it, or it is written up and closed. Both are acceptable outcomes. Quietly continuing something nobody needs is not.
What we are working on
- Small prototypes tested with the people who raised the need
- Clear criteria for what would make an idea worth continuing
- Writing down what did not work, so it is not rebuilt later
